There are various training programmes that take place throughout the year. Training usually takes place from the Brandon Carpark Monday to Thursday at 6.30pm and Sunday at 9am. Any changes to time and location will be communicated though our WhatsApp group. Weekly training schedules are also communicated through WhatsApp
