We are delighted to announce the launch of our Couch to 5k for 2022. This will take place every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6.30 from the Brandon Car-park, beginning on the 19thSeptember. It will run for a duration of 8 weeks at the end which the participants will complete a 5k which is covered by the entry fee of €10. All that is needed is to wear suitable running shoes and clothes, as the evenings are getting darker the wearing of a hi-viz is mandatory. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
