We are delighted to announce the launch of our couch to 5k for 2022. This will run from the Brandon carpark at 6.30 on Monday and Wednesday evenings for 8 weeks beginning on Monday 19th September. The program costs €10 and this includes entry to the 5k at the end of the 8 weeks.
